Return A Purchase
To initiate a return, please complete the Return Request Form provided below. Ensure that all required information is accurate and complete before submission.

General Return Guidelines
• Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the shipping date.
• Once requested, returned items must be received by us within 30 days in order to be approved and for a refund to be issued.
• All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
Shipping Responsibility
• The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Belagio Enterprises will not reimburse or assume liability for shipping fees incurred during returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Closeout merchandise
• Damaged items (including those damaged post-delivery or during return transit)
All return requests are subject to review. Approved returns will receive further instructions regarding return authorization and processing.
