GENERAL TERMS
All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Unless price is discussed otherwise, orders will be
priced effective the date of order or shipment, whichever is more. Terms stated here in will not be accepted, and if inadvertently accepted, honored in the event that any section are deemed unlawful or unforeseeable, that section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, the remaining terms to continue in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW OF CALIFORNIA
This Agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard
to conflicts of law rules. The customer consents to venue and jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in
Los Angeles County, California for any suit, action or proceeding arising out of the contents contained herein or
any sale in which Belagio Enterprises, Inc., is a party.

MINIMUM ORDERS
All orders less than $300: Payment terms are C.O.D., unless customer has an open account with
Belagio Enterprises, Inc.

MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM-DESIGNED / SPECIALTY ORDERS
Specialty orders, such as color matching, made to order and custom designed order are welcome. Minimum
quantity requirements may be applicable to these specialty items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Customer will be responsible for charges associated with shipping, handling and insurance.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of orders accepted by customer and approved for order are subject to the prior written consent of
Belagio Enterprises Inc. Cancellations are subject to a service fee determined by the nature of the order.
Special order are subject to no cancellation.

RETURNS
Returns will be accepted on manufacturer defective items, or items shipped in error.
Other returns are subject to the discretion and at the option of Belagio Enterprises, Inc.
Any other merchandise accepted for return at Belagio Enterprises’ discretion is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returned merchandise must be original, unopened packaging, and the merchandise unaltered and in new condition. Items opened, used or otherwise not resalable, will not be accepted for return. Returned merchandise without prior written approval from Belagio Enterprises Inc., will be refused.

CLAIMS
Customer should be verify orders upon delivery. Customer must verify colors, styles, condition, flaws, pattern, or
any other difference from order. Claims made after actual delivery will not be accepted. Claims made for shortage
or damages caused by shipping should promptly be made to the shipper. Belagio Enterprises Inc, will not accept
any return after ten (10) days of customer receipt of merchandise.

WARRANTY
Belagio Enterprises Inc., does not make any expressed warranties as to conditions of use, including but not limited
to washing, dry cleaning, dying, cutting., pressing, refurbishing.. Nor shall Belagio Enterprises Inc., be responsible
or warranty bleeding of products. Customer should use at its own discretion, and appraise the goods to
assure that the goods are proper for the use intended. The sizes contained here area not warranted and may not be exact. Belagio Enterprises, Inc. does not assume the responsibility for any consequential, incidental, or damages whatsoever, whether result from a claim based upon warranty, strict liability, contract, any other tort, or otherwise.
